A regard for the natural world, with the experience of growing up in the Pacific Northwest and extensively traveling the regional United States, I absorbed the unique landscapes and nature that surrounded me. As a student of life, I hope to curate moments and stories through design decisions that can reflect creative revolutions. With an affinity for visual language, I seek to drive change.
Artist’s Statement
I have always been interested in the intersection of opposing techniques of analogue and digital space working together, and for me, this space in between is where I find my solutions. In my design, I am influenced by the space of a graphic solution just as much as the subject, but it only will surface during the active process of drawing a line, whether it is with my hand or in the digital space. Conscious of trends, I invest my time in the research of meaningful and contextually relevant graphic solutions. It is my aim as a visual communicator to project an experience by finding the best technique to communicate the concept.
